Being a therapist continues to inspire and humble me every day. I believe vulnerability and strength are not mutually exclusive. Living authentically means allowing yourself to feel and express both the pain and pleasures of life. I understand the power of sitting across from someone who can hold your experience with care, even if our stories are not the same. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.

As a coach and former Division 1 athlete, the importance of discipline, resilience, and showing up even when it’s hard has always been embedded in me. But growing up, these values were often met without compassion, and without time to process emotional struggles. Vulnerability had no place on the front line, which made it challenging for me to navigate and make sense of what I was feeling. When emotions are kept hidden or unexpressed for too long, they often manifest in ways that feel misaligned or out of control. I learned quickly that this was not a sustainable way to live. And more importantly, it was no longer the way I wanted to continue to live. Through grace, practice, and understanding, I learned how to express myself effectively.

I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My goal is to support clients in developing practical skills and deeper self-understanding so they can navigate life’s challenges and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
